This Restaurant is owned and operated by the Del Valle family (Frances, Selina and Tricia) and was opened on the 28 of December, 1984. It has one of the longest history as a business place in Belmopan and has been providing quality dining and affordable prices for over 16 years. The first services offered by the Caladium Restaurant were mainly traditional corn foods and local drinks. However, as the new Capital of Belmopan developed, the services of the Caladium Restaurant evolved to offer quality traditional and international meals throughout the day
